LOCATION
In the holiday resort of KOS CITY at a quiet side raod called Lambi, about 700m ffrom the beach and only 2 Km from the city centre lays the magnificent GAIA GARDEN HOTEL (regular bus schedules are available 300m from reception).
HOTEL FACILITIES
This charming middle class hotel has a main house and several bungalow style buildings set in a wonderful, green, blossom garden.At the main building there is a hotel lobby with reception ( rental safe ), Sat TV corner,DSL Internet and Billiards (on charge), restaurant and bar.Outdoors at the garden area there is a freshwater pool with integrated children\'s pool, sun and sitting terraces with deckchairs and umbrellas as a pool bar.
GEUST ROOMS
Our very comfortable accommodations have air conditioners, satellite television, telephone, radio, private bath or shower/WC with a hairdryer and a balcony or terrace. The family rooms have the same furnishings but provide a separate sleeping room.
SPORTS
Basketball court, volleyball court and tennis court at the disposal of the guests! There is also a Gym with a big variety of equipment! Water sports are at the nearby beach on charge.
ALL-INCLUSIVE
MEALS
All meals are served in Buffet. Every night the guests can enjoy the relaxing atmosphere of our magnificent garden combined with delicious specialties prepared by our chefs. Theme nights, such Greek and other special nights are organized.

DRINKS
In the Restaurant: During meals unlimited local soft drinks, local beer, house wine and Ice Cream is served in the restaurant.
In the Bars: An unlimited amount of local soft drinks, refreshments, filter coffee, ouzo, white and red wine, beer and brandy are served. After 23:00 all drinks are with payment.
AFTERNOON TEA & COFFEE TIME
Pastries, biscuits and cookies are served with filter coffee or tea between 17:00 and 18:00 every day.
OTHER SERVICES
Early Departures:
Continental early Breakfast for early departures is available between 05:00 - 07:00. Lunch Basket orders daily until 20:00 at the reception desk.
FREE SPORT ACTIVITIES
Free use of the tennis court (grass) including equipment, basket – volley ball field, table tennis and, fitness gym.
RELAXATION
A sufficient number of umbrellas and sun beds are at the disposal of our guests around the swimming pool (free of charge) and on the beach (on extra charge).
